Hi,

I’m trying to get captions on my tiles, which appear on hover.

Can you help me with respect to the required CSS coding?

Thanks in advance!

Hello!

Apologies, but there is no current way to put captions in isometric tiles at the moment. Regardless, I’ll note this down and see if this suggestion will be possible to our future updates.

Hi, Even if the plugin has no specific function to display captions, is it possible to create tooltip functionality using css? I only ask because you provide a space for “class name” of the plugin… Thanks!

Currently, its not yet possible to do that through Custom CSS. But we are trying to take consideration on this. Our developers will be assessing on this feature.

Hello, It seems that I don’t know how to use it with shortcode as my wordpress theme doesn’t has Visual Composer.

I tried to write many shortcodes like: - [iso_tiles imageIDs=’1,2,3,4,5’] after renaming the images to these numbers 1,2,3,4,5 but all invalid. Help please…

Hello! You can find your image’s ID via Media Library. If you sort them as ‘list’ you can find the IDs by hovering on the image. Here is a sample screenshot of how it looks like:

That will be the basis of image ID for Isometric Tiles.

Want to purchase~ popular game developer for childrens’ sandbox titles. I am using latest Chrome and I get a bunch of errors with missing images on the demo~

Thank you and purchased!

Tiles aren’t clickable. The ones that had broken images before, are unresponsive and do not animate either :c

Hi! Can you tell us the browser (and version) you are using? Also, it will be better if you can provide us a sample page so we can give it a check. As for the tiles that are not clickable, have you already add the URL on the tiles?

your demo site is broke.

Demo Site is fixed and up again! Apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi there, interested in your product.

I believe your demo site/ plugin is still buggy.

Added lightbox and got a lot of errors eg:

Warning: getimagesize(#): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/demos/public/wp-content/plugins/isometric-tiles-for-visual-composer/class-isometric-tiles.php on line 846

Also not all tiles “hover” and when it doesn’t, the lightbox was able to activate.

If it does hover, lightbox does not activate.

Any news on when these are fixed?

Cheers

Thank you for the heads up. Looks like there is a problem with the Demo Site. Though, the plugin should be working fine.

We’ll let you know again once our developers managed to fix this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Is it possible to hover without visual composer? How?

Hi there! Do you mean using Isometric Image Tiles even without Visual Composer? If that’s what you meant, then yes. :)

This plugin can support shortcodes. You can use the corresponding shortcodes to build you own Isometric Tiles. If you want the list of shortcodes, our Live Preview have them. Please try our Live Preview, it also comes with a demo backend when you click on the Launch Demo. You can also try out the shortcodes and see how our plugin works.

If you have any other questions or need help, feel free to ask. :)

Hi is the lightbox already working?

Yes,Vidal. :) The lightbox is now working properly. Although you’ll need to send our Support an e-mail so we can send you the latest version with the fixes. :)

Hi, can I see a demo of the Lightbox? Also have a question, can I set an url for each image? I want to link each image to a specific url in a lightbox

Hello Vidal! Yes, you can set a different URL on your images. You can do this by adding the link in your image meta. :) Although you have to set an image url or else it will not appear in a lightbox.

If you want to see how the Lightbox works, you can proceed to our Live Preview, then click on the Launch Demo. Doing so will direct you to our sandbox backend where you can check our setup and try out the settings.

Hello! Can the Isometric image by clicking on it redirect to another page?

regards

You can try our demo by going to our Live Preview (button at the plugin page). Then click on the Launch Demo to start the sandbox backend. This will allow you to test out our plugin settings.

And where the settings for attaching a link to another page?

You can find the settings when you insert an image. Its in the Media Library. Please have this screenshot as a reference: https://image.prntscr.com/image/r4WDHWCsROyKmnesP1Mv9w.png The Tile Link To is where you can add the URL.

Also, if you’re fine with a recommendation, please check out Super Bundle for Visual Composer. This plugin includes Isometric Tiles in a bunch of more cool designs and features that you can use for your site. :)

The Super Bundle for Visual Composer also comes with 20% Off Introductory Sale. In case you’re interested, feel free to check it out: https://codecanyon.net/item/super-bundle-for-visual-composer/20374176

Not purchased (as yet) but but other comments mine is a similar query. Will this be able to open the images (not the thumbnails) so it works like a gallery?

If so, then I’m on it like a shot…

Hi there! The Isometric tiles also comes with a feature where you can add links, either to an external site or to an another image. You can also turn them into lightbox as well. :)

When you decide to purchase, we also kindly request you to file a ticket to our support site at http://support.gambit.ph/ so we can provide you the latest copy of Isometric Tiles. We’ll release it to the product page soon, but we can send you the copy beforehand.

Hi, I sent a ticket to support but have not heard yet as I just bought the plugin but it does not save and it is getting to Easter and I need the plugin to work before that. What is your current response time please? Thank you, NK

Hello there,

We’re very sorry about the delayed reply. We were unavailable from the 29th of March up to 1st of April in observance of national holidays.

We’re back in operation now, so we’re now sending out our replies in the tickets and comments. Please expect a reply within the day. Hope you guys understand. Thanks for being patient with us! :)

With regards to your ticket, we’re currently checking out the problem. This doesn’t seem to happen with the standard environment. This will mean that we might ask for your site URL and login so we could see the problem itself from your backend so that we can further investigate on the issue at hand (this will also help us to assist you faster). Anyway, it’s likely that the problem may be related to the theme, but again, we have to check to be sure.

Anyway, please let us know. We look forward to your response. Thank you very much, and hope you’re having a good day!
