Very poor customer support. tried to contact author many times and no response.

Be Careful before you buy any applications from Viavi Webtech. They have very very very bad support services. I bought Quotes Pro for iOS & Android, when you ask them, they reply too late & don’t want help you. They just want charge more your money. I bought iOS, just download the package from Envato & replace the API link, i didn’t change anything code. So it’s not work, they told me: “The reason of issue from you”. I wish never buy any applications from them.
This client wants all modifications in FREE. We said we can’t everything do in free and he started to write bad things about us..
Hi let all the buyers and codecanyon know what actually happen, and we can provide full chat history also.
The buyer did not know anything about apps coding, even which tool to use, since he bought the app every day keep asking us how to do this and that, we have helped him till one level though it was not part of support policy, but the buyers not stop there. So finally today we say no to help because there was no bug in code, the buyer did not configured admin panel properly which we have showed to him that you have done mistake in admin configuration, but he was saying its not his problem and ask us to solve that.
So request to buyers that if you ask for genuine support we are always ready to help you but don’t do like this guy has done.,

Hi viavi, where can I disable or at least not show right away the first interstitial ad. It’s very annoying when the user see an add right after they open the app. Cheers!
Also when running in Iphone 6, it dosen’t show the whole screen, it’s truncated

1) Where can i change the title of Quotes Pro to my app name, the main screen title when the app loads up? I’ve looked in the storyboard but can’t find it
2) How can i disable the adds if i don’t want them?
3) Content dependent does this app meet all of Apples criteria for approval

Did you support for search function ?
Can you support for Report button ? Visitor can report to admin if the quote have something wrong.
