I am sorry to say it’s not possible to make this code in Swift. If you have few knowledge of coding then you can easily use this Objective C code. We also provide document file also for install this code on xcode 7.1.1.

I would like to develop a mobile application (IOS and Android) that can download PDF files and read them offline.

there will be an authentication screen, I will put new pdfs in admin panel everyday. user can see this pdf and if interested he/she can download it.
