Great for those who want to dabble in multi-device apps
sorry please ignore my request for a refund, the reason the app was not downloading was due to my own internet connection. thank you very much the app works perfectly
Too much hassle to achieve something simple.
Documentation isn't as easy to understand as it should be.
In the end, knowing HTML, CSS, JS, won't get you as far as it should to end up with .apk.
I didn't gave minimal rating because I accept my noobishness when it comes to applying changes to this app, but than again, I've ended up using other Codecanyon app and my knowledge was more than sufficient to build the proper app.
I would suggest investing some time in to making solid documentation.
Pointing users to Ionic forums doesn't quite cover it, because, if I wanted to gain that knowledge I would dedicate some quality time in to learning Ionic and build my app from scratch.
You guys are one of the best sellers here so you should live up to that status and make the app more user friendly.

Few people want to use this app as it is.
The document is only for successfully test the app.
I bought this app because i wanted to save time to build my own app mainly by copying some UI views that fit to my own app. But the document doesn't provide any info for me to do that.

Hi, I'm sorry you didn't know how to use this template. As the description mentions, you need to have some basic knowledge about js, css and html in order to understand and modify the code. The documentation should help you configuring everything you need in order to run this app in your computer.
You could have asked if you had any question about how to do any particular thing. Hope you can reconsider your review.
