No, You can;t run without admin panel. Not any specific ness is required for such app. Any server with cpanel is fine.

I got this to run.
iOS settings in constant file: “Enter Base URL & Upload Base URL & Unique-Key”. What are these values, as example.

You should have your package in a complete state. The DB is full of “your?” users. The images for stories and masks is not added – and shoud be added manually.
The app backend. should have a colomn showin how many images are in each categori

The admin panel you are seeing is for testing purpose only, it has nothing. Package includes 400+ masks and will be provided after successful purchase.
