i will do th reskin no problem for me but before publishing i have to do reskin or not? secondly : unity projec with source code and all asset is uncluded or just apk file?

The project includes Unity source codes and other assets so that you can edit it if you want. And about reskin, it is not legally necessary, but if someone else has purchased and published it before on the store as it is, it may get rejected during review process because it can be similar to another game. But if you reskin it, you can be sure that you won’t face any issues.
