Hello, I need badge to appear on certain categories only. eg: if single product displayed in multiple categories need badge on product but only on some categories? Can this plugin do this? Thank you
Hi, no. We at the moment work only with sale badges. Adding custom badge to each product of yours would take too much time I guess. This plugin will be updated soon, so similar functionality might be added. Thanks.

the number % off sale badge is calculate automatically? or we have to manually made a image for that or manually enter the number ?
Hi, thanks for the interest. Yes, of course sale percentages are automatically calculated. You set a badge and it gets automatically added to all your products on sale. You can also override this badge for each product. Thanks!
The sales badge is not showing on the product page for variable products.
Can you fix this please?
Hi, yes of course. Can you please open a ticket on our forum here https://mihajlovicnenad.com/support An agent will respond asap. Thanks.
Hi, I had created a support ticket on mihajlovicnenad.com. It is #8261 created on February 21, 2017 02:04. I have not received any updates regarding it. I have been updating that ticket without any response! It has been 3 months without any progress. If you are unable to provide support then please issue me a refund. Thank you
Hi, not seeing your ticket anywhere. Can you post a link please? If that is true, yes sure, just request in your Help Center, but please let us see the ticket first. So, please share a link, as I cannot find it. Thanks.
OK, found the ticket. Your refund request is approved! Thanks!
I was hoping you would fix the issue rather than issue the refund. It is a good plugin. Thanks for the quick response.
Or at least provide a way to disable the sale timer. Thanks
Hi, we can hide it with the CSS for now. A new update is being prepared and will be released in a couple of days so it might just do the trick. If you need the code, please open a ticket and send a direct link to your website and the issue. Thanks.
Hi, it looks like codecanyon has issued the refund. Maybe I can email you the website and the login information (please provide email). It would be great if you can please try the new updated code and if it works then I will re-purchase the plugin. Thank you.
Hi. Your plugin can show the badges on cart page?
Hi, sorry for the delay, super busy with the updates. We’ve got actions you can use, meaning, yes you can install it. If this tutorial in the documentation https://mihajlovicnenad.com/improved-sale-badges/documentation-and-guide/#faq-124 gives you the idea how to do it, you can go ahead and purchase the plugin. By default these badges are not shown in the cart page, and need to be installed in a custom way. Our support doesn’t do this type of customizations, so you’ll be on your own. Thanks.
Want to Complement You for Developing this Sales Badges Plugin. Would Really Appreciate it if You could Kindly Answer My Query :
1. WP Job Manager Compatibility : Is this Plugin Compatible with WP Job Manager ? If No, then can You Help Me Achieve the Compatibility Free of Cost if I Purchase Your Plugin ?
I’m at this Point in Time Using the Listify Theme for My Directory Website. This Theme Uses the “WP Job Manager” Plugin for Adding Listings. My Target is to Use Your Plugin to Display Badges on the Listings Made through WP Job Manager.
Hi, 1. not sure, and no, this is not in the support policy. What is this plugin, does it use standard WooCommerce products? If so, that should work as expected. 2. You should be able to do that, using plugin functions or in edge case scenario, using our actions, check documentation here https://mihajlovicnenad.com/improved-sale-badges/documentation-and-guide/ Keep in mind, we don’t do customizations with our support policy. We can be your guides, and if it works it does, if not, you can always ask for a refund. Thanks!
Hello, I updated to the latest version but still having the problem with sales remaining time not considering the timezone set on wordpress. It seems like the plugin is using GMT time. Could you please fix this soon? Thank you.
How are you managing timezones? Do you have a plugin for that? Thanks.
I’m not using any plugin. Timezone is set on WP-admin -> Settings -> General menu. My other plugins work correctly according to the timezone I set. For example delivery estimation plugin that changes estimate date when time goes past midnight. When it’s midnight here, the sales badge plugin still show 7 hours remaining.
Hi, I’ve not seen any issues with these actually. WooCommerce sales can be set to date, and not time. I’ve not experienced what you’re saying. Anyway, this is noted, and it will be checked again. Also, you’re the only customer that has reported such issues, it might just be your site setup related. Thanks.
Just buy this plugins, the sale badges show it on all products, Even those products where there is no sale.
Would you please visit https://mihajlovicnenad.com/support/ and file a ticket so that our tech support can take a closer look at this?
I purchased ShopKit. However what I’m trying to do is display a certain label for a specific variation on a variable product. It’s unrelated to sales. For example, I would like to notify the user if a product is made to order (several days) or will ship next day as it is a stock item.
Is this possible to do where certain variations could be stock and other variations of the same product are made to order?
Hi, please always comment in the ShopKit item comments section or use the support forum by following the link below. In the new 2.5.0 you could set a preset and then attach this to a category or tag term. Then this special badge would be shown on such products. The problem is that this plugin isn’t used for that and would only create confusion, so the best possible solution would be to write a simple snippet that would go into your child theme functions.php It would be a function action that would be triggered in your product area where you want it. This function can check for whatever you need and show appropriate HTML that later you can style with CSS. This is good practice and you can use method to achieve it the best way possible. If you’re not familiar with coding you can use UpWork or similar services. Our support cannot help you with this as we don’t do customizations, you can read that here https://themeforest.net/item/shopkit-the-woocommerce-theme/19438294/support Thanks for understanding!
I warmly welcome. I bought the plug. Everything worked properly. Currently (after update?) does not work. I have described my problem to support – unfortunately I get answers like no one would want to help and get casual answers in style – please send details (ticket I described in great detail by adding screenshots and page name). In short, the whole plug is gone, is displayed with errors, disturbs the whole page. Does this look like professional help after purchasing a plugin?
Hi, not sure what went wrong there. Support works as usual, we were also on vacation. If you don’t like the service just get a refund? Thanks.
Hello. It’s not about paying back just for support. Please just for understanding and help. From 12 days the add-on has stopped working properly and is displaying incorrectly on the page.
OK, support forum will help you out. I was on vacation. Please do understand that too. There’s no reason that the plugin will suddenly get messed up on the updates. Contact the support forum for help. Thanks.
Hello. Please help us with this problem for the last time. Your additive spoils the image of our store. The problem is unresolved from # 18571 In Progress August 23, 2017 14:41
Hi, why are you a company which, despite promises, does not help in case of problems! We have trouble for 2 weeks and no one is trying to help us!
We have a problem with the add-in being incorrect. The problem is not on our side. Dedicated help writes casual answers or silent. http://awesomescreenshot.com/0346d8cf7e http://awesomescreenshot.com/0866d8cg6c
Thank you for your cooperation and help – I am eager to recover my money. Good luck in business.
I have a question before buy this plugin. Can I create custom badges for any product? I want to add badge to “coming soon” products. Thank you!
Hi, you can do this. Create a custom badge preset (not sale badge) and enter Coming soon text. Then assign a category/tag Coming soon to it and add a badge override to that category/tag and set the created custom badge preset. Should work Thanks!
Hi, is it possible to automatically add a ‘NEW’ badge to recent items. So only items newer than x days will show it. When x days has passed, the badge would automatically disappear ?
Hi, actually yes, this has been added to the latest release. You set a number of days, and setup a badge preset. Check the documentation here https://mihajlovicnenad.com/improved-sale-badges/documentation-and-guide/ Thanks!
Hello, we have been using your plugin for a while and it is great. However i would like to know if there is a way i can position the badge say, bottom right or bottom left. At this time i see that the only two positions are top right and top left. Please advise. Thank you very much!
Hi, yes you can, but you need to use a bit of Custom CSS, which if not has occurred to you means that you cannot do it. Also our support doesn’t take care of this, so renewing your support will not get you far with this. Anyway, anyone that knows CSS like 5% can do this for you, so just ask someone on fiverr.com, upwork or envato studio. Thanks.
Hello, I got the plugin working on my shop page but it won’t show on the single product page. I use Avada and I have tried to insert the custom init action used in content-single-product.php in the override fields on the plugin settings page but with no luck. Can you please help with this.
I got it working, I was using the old version
Hi, thanks for the message. Glad you’ve sorted that out. Please use the support forum link below if you have further issues. Thank you.
Hello, I bought the new version of your plugin. Countdown timer is still not using the local time but it is using UTC. I have set timezone in WP-admin -> Settings -> General which is UTC+8. When it’s midnight here, the countdown timer still has 8 more hours on it. I have exactly same problem as the user named “Imarcio” who commented about this problem 2 years ago. Were you able to fix his problem?
$current_time = current_time( ‘mysql’, $gmt = 0 );
This code is probably not returning correct local time.
This is on a fresh woocommerce installation.
Thanks for your support.
Hi, sorry it took this long, anyway 2.5.2 fixed this issue. Thanks for your patience.
Hello, Happy New Year!
When I tried 2.5.2 with WC 2.6.4, I remember it was fixed.
On new year’s holiday, I updated my website to WC 3.2.6.
Now the time is totally wrong again.
Current local time is 16:00 Jan 7.
I set sales period from Jan 7 to Jan 8.
Badge should show remaining time of 8 hours.
But the badge actually shows 1 hour remaining.
This means that the plugin thinks sales end time is 17:00 Jan 8.
Now when I check in the database, _sale_price_dates_to is stored as 1515344400.
This timestamp equals to Jan 8 00:00 in my local timezone but it is
17:00 Jan 8 in UTC time.
For above example,
I checked my mysql time and server time which were both 16:00.
Also set the correct timezone on Wordpress -> Settings -> General and it showed local time of 16:00.
I think you can try with yourself.
Set timezone on server , mysql, and wordpress equally and try.
I also tried with another plugin called “XL WooCommerce Sales Triggers” and that plugin showed correct remaining time.
Please look into this problem.
Hi, open a ticket in the support forum. An agent will check that out. One more thing, we’re over here using the latest WC version, and there’s really not a good reason why you shouldn’t do that too. The only reasons you might have is bad software you’re using with it and that’s surely not a valid reason to do so. Thanks!
I said I updated to 3.2.6 and I thought it was latest version 2 months ago.
Hi, replied to your comment in other thread. Thanks for being super patient about it and as said, it’ll be fixed in the next update (a week or two tops). Thanks.
is it compatible with the latest version of woocommerce?
Hi, yes of course. Thanks for the interest!

Hi, there are some fun dates in November, like Black Friday and Cyber Monday, be on a look out. Thanks!
hello, the plugin does not work with woo carousel in avada theme
Hi, no it doesn’t. Thanks!
When updating WooCommerce to version 3.2.3, it warns me that this plugin does not declare compatibility. Has Improved Sale Badges been tested with WaC 3.2.3?
Hi, no worries. Plugin is fully compatible as with the previous versions. Thanks!
hello, can a badge been updated when a product is added to cart to show that there is XX in cart
