I asked this developer for a refund as I accidently bought this plugin instead of Image Hover Effects - WordPress Plugin. I could not afford both so he very kindly sent me the correct plugin free of charge. I think that is an incredibly kind thing to do. Thank you!

It would be a very nice plug-in if it wasn't for the fact that text size is not responsive at all. On responsive websites it requires a lot of custom CSS.
Not enough options. Couldn't use it. Waste of money.

Not only does this plugin provide very nice hover effects - but the support is absolutely GREAT - and that's definitely not something every developer can boast of.
