Hi, just bought this and it seems really easy to use. One question though. How do I get Word to open the documents up in print view as opposed to web view?

Is this possible?

Change word template: <w:View>Print</w:View> to what if u want

Unfortunately, this script for only export your html data to word || excel

Hello, It seems to work well in Google Chrome. Doesn’t appear to work in Firefox or IE11. Do I need to install something else. The page already loads jquery-1.8.0.min.js is there a conflict when using ie and firefox. How do I call the save as box? Can’t find it in the documentation.

Many thanks,

MF

I will publish new version ASAP

Hi-

I’m having a similar issue. It works in Chrome. I couldn’t get the buttons to invoke in Firefox. I haven’t looked into it further at this point. The formatting is not working in Word for the table in your example. Is there a minimal version of Word that you’ve tested this in? Thanks

Buttons are now working in Firefox. But the formatting of your top table example is still not working in my version of Word. When I receive the next update, I’ll try again. Thank you.

Please send me your exported word file.

Same for me – great script – but formatting simply doesn’t work in the version of Word I am testing with. Has anyone got this working with formatting in word – unusable as is.

I will publish new version ASAP

You have bug on line 7 and 8 (you’ve mixed word and excel): uri[‘word’] = ‘data:application/vnd.ms-excel;base64,’; uri[‘excel’] = ‘data:application/vnd.ms-word;base64,’;

And it’s not working for word export, formating its’s wrong! Have a look ony my server is your script. I have office 2013.

regards, Ivan
