Why is my saved signature background black?
Two possible reasons…
1. This can be caused by the PHP GD library on your server. It must be able to support GD with PNG options.
2. Some image viewers may put a “blackish” background to the image purely for display purposes since it “doesn’t” have a background by default. How your image viewer displays it is beyond the scope of this software. This doesn’t mean the signature image itself has a black background.
Why are some CSS features/attributes not working?
The main reason for this is most likely your “DocType”. If you don’t specify a doctype of it’s set to “loose”, some CSS will not work.
Your doctype must be the following….
