this is the second time I buy something on themeforest that gives me problems about compatibility with browsers.
I can’t use this great sliders as my clients says that it does not work on IE8.
I undertand your point of view about the bad sales and the hard coding you should do but seen from my my point of view I have spent 15 $ for nothing.
I had the same problem with a template not workin on FF … the developer told me that he did not want to work on it anymore.
I think I’ll stop buying on theme forest even if your products are great.
Have you ever thought to make pay the component and ask for a low yearly subscription ?
It would cover your work and and customers would keep on buying from you being sure that the components would always work !
This gallery was made in HTML5 and you can see on the product page which browsers are supported, please note that there is a lot of stuff on this market that dose no have support for IE8, before buying make sure you check the browser compatibility if IE8 is an issue. About firefox I just tested it again and is working perfect, I am not sure why your developer can’t work with it.
We will release better projects in the future, we are taking into consideration all that our clients has to say so don’t lose faith
Thanks for the quick reply.
Sorry for my poor english but when I mentioned FF it was about another template that I bought on ThemeForest … i wasn’t talking about your slider.
The slider works perfectly on FF.
It has been my fault not checking the compatible browser.
Anyway I maintain my idea about the choice of paying a yearly subscription.
In my case for example , being almost a newbie, if i develop a site and sell it and after two months Microsoft or Mozilla create a new release and the slider doesn’t work what can I say to my client ?
Do you want your money back ?
Take this comment as a way to get things better and not as any kind of polemic.
I hope to be enough understandable (sorry again for my english).
Have anice weekend
I understand. About the paying a yearly subscription it is not up to me, it is up to the codecanyon administrators and currently this feature is not available.
Hello excellent gallery was purchased last year and has helped me a lot.
Friends I have a question.
There is the possibility that the end of the sequence of images automatically rerun the sequence from the beginning infinitely without stopping in the final image.
Thank you very much hope your answers.

Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and try to explain it to me better.
Can you please tell us if is possible to add a div on top of the images (or use the images as div backgrounds), just to have a littelbit protect of save and copy of the images?
(on tablets and smartphones)
I am really sorry but what you need can only be done with code modifications, it is not possible by default.
Tibi – FWD.
Can you give me a hint.
Where i have to do modifications?
Please email me at email@example.com and if possible send me a graphical representation of what you are trying to accomplish.
please let me know if the fullwidth slider can includes a line of thumbnails at bootm (as you have made width numbers) that moves when you click on last visible one, so make appear new ones thumbs.
and: can the slider auto-restart when it comes to the last slide???
I am sorry but that is not possible.
I’m to worried about even previewing this as my Antivirus keep popping up on all your htlm5 sliders products .js file and states there infected with JS:Includer-ATI [Trj]
Hi. I’m interested in using this as a background slide show for a web page.
1. Is layering an issue? Can I put this in a Div that is behind another Div (lesser z-index)? Will the slideshow auto play in the background?
2. Will this run in local mode, or is it another Ajax + XML implementation that only runs on a server?
Please let me know.
P.S. I like your work.
1. I think it will work.
2. Is not working local because is XML based.
we try to integrate this nice slider on our website,
but we have problems with “absolute urls”.
Our website has a deep folder structure and I want to put the
needed “load” and the “java” directory in an extra folder.
I want to avoid to have a lot of “load & java”-directories all over the website structure, whereever we need a slider on a subpage.
Please Help !
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
There´s a “bug” in gallery:
If i have the mouse over the slider, i cant scroll up or down…
How to fix?
This can be fixed with code modifications but currently we are not available for custom work.
we are using your nice slider and have to transform our website to responsive design.
We need he fullscreen slider in the background and
the absolute positioned main menu above the slider.
We can’t put the menu in the foreground by using z-index.
Sorry for the delay, please send me an email with your link at email@example.com and I’ll take a look to see how to do this.

Hello there! Help me. Do not install this plugin
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
This is not a Wordpress plugin, it’s a simple JS script that needs to be included in a HTML page, please read the documentation.
I do not know how to program and do not know English!
There are video tutorials do not?
We don’t have video tutorials for this slider but there is a tutorial in English for this slider included in the download files.
Hi there! Help me.
XML file can’t be loaded!
This is only happening when you test local in Chrome, when you test and work local use Firefox, once uploaded online it will work on all browsers. All this and everything else about the slider is explained in the documentation.
Hi there! Help me. You see this movie. I do properly?
