where is the demo???

Update: added Menu Button in corner!

On the menu, click “Open Menu” – please allow 12 hours for the plugin customiser to go live!

Many thanks,

JMD

I’m having this problem where I am not able to get a sub menu link to open the link. If you click a submenu link, it just closes the submenu.

An update is on its way. Many apologies. This is by default a problem occurred when the theme is null.

Many thanks,

JMD

Cool thanks!

Update approved – Download now available, sorry about the problem, again, I’m committed to 100% support!

Hi first question when you click a link in the menu does the menu auto hide when it loads the page? second question i want the menu move in from the right and push the main content to the right at the same time and not just hover over it is that possible?

By default it is set to display:block; on load but hidden off the page by -240px. It auto-hides the menu when you resize the browser.

To slide to the right and have the menu on the right, use the following code:

<script>
$(function() {$('body').Horizon({ position: "right", slide: true})});
</script>

Many thanks, JMD

How do I get the menu button and the slide navigation on the same side? For example I want the menu button on the right and I want the navigation to appear on the right, not the left. Please let me know and thanks in advance.

No support??

Hi can you refer to my profile message about support. I always provide 100% support, just I’m on holiday throughout the week till the 13th of May. What you asked for requires a tiny edit to the jquery code but from my memory I cannot remember until I return from the holiday.

Many thanks for your support and patience,

Regards,

JMD

I sent you a message two weeks ago and still no response

Hi ea1971, sorry about the response! I’ve dug up my e-mails and found your message.

Many thanks and many regards,

JMD

Nice item JMD!

Is it easy to build in a breakpoint for mobile? It would be nice to have the menu shown to desktop users by default. But that would also require to make the content part smaller instead of sliding it.

Hi, awesome work here,

my question is, how can you make the menu slideout when user clicks on a navigation Item? because i want to AJAX load a view and my app is a single page up, so if user clicks on any anv button, the menu slides back and AJAX view get loaded into the main page without refresh.

another thing is can we have more than 1 level sub navigation ?

thanks in advanced.

Hey,

one question, could the “Auto-Hide on Window-Resize” be deactivated?

wbr byt3

Hello,

i managed to disable the auto-hide on resize… but it seam the bug where no sub-links works isnt fixed :/

you forgot to update your “demo” files… works like a charm now!

thx byt3

Hi I am also having the problem that a submenu link does not open. I have modified the code so do not want to simply re-download the whole script. Can you tell me specifically which parts of the code affect this and which part I should copy and paste please!

Thanks

Hi Glyn, could you mail me over your code so I can fix this for you manually. So sorry about this!

Many Regards,

JMD

Hi,

It been 48hrs+ since my email and still no response. Please help!

Thanks,

Nate

Sorry for the huge delay. It might be worth re-sending the e-mail again. I have been awfully busy with commitment to my University work and family.

Many regards,

JMD

can i use this in wordpress ??

It would require coding Wordpress functions and extra HTML in to the plugin, so this isn’t really built for Wordpress unless you know what you’re doing. I do however plan to release a Wordpress version in context to this plugin :)

James

The demo looks like it’s flawed when viewed with Chrome because the menu’s width must be set to 100% so it fills the page horizontally. Not being mean, just trying to help.

Thanks for the help. A screenshot would be awesome! Although I don’t see how it’s going 100%. This should only a occur on mobile devices.

To make it as WP plugin is a good idea. I bought but could not put it on Wordpress. Will wait.

I used to add this navigation and its quiet nice. Its really simple to add, and a navigation is ready in less than 30 minutes.

However, i have also a Lumia 1020 and it happen what i thught. The swpe function is not working for me. I also tried a custom browser where it was also not working (probably because the browser uses swipe to redirect through the history). Is there a plan to add support for the windows phones?

A small suggestion: I’m using fb-light, the body has a dark background, but the menu button which is enabled by menu is probably with the background of the navigation head. I would like to have an option for the button, enable/disable background. I wanted to do it myself, but I don’t like to touch extern js files which can be updated :-P

However, on the window phone, the background color is missing on the menu button.
