What do you mean it is only a template? Normally what we need is a complete solution for it to run.
You need to integrate it with a backtend to make it functional.
Is the Extended Licensed Whitelabelled? Because I saw it from your video it shows Developed by Opuslabworks.
You can make any changes in the template code after purchasing as per your requirements.
