I’m only testing shoutcast for business, and they only provide med with this information. My stream URL should be:
https://streamingv2.shoutcast.com/hitstream-dk (works directly in VLC Player)I can see my port is 8000 and my stremid is 135062 – hovever no matter how i combine it i can’t get it working.
I have tried to resolve the IP addresse of https://streamingv2.shoutcast.com which is 37.59.18.128 – but had no luck to combine anything with port number, id etc. to get it working in the player.

It will play your stream https://streamingv2.shoutcast.com/hitstream-dk but it can’t display the current playing song because it doesn’t have access to the metadata file.

I have no clue 
– as mentioned it is hosted at Shoutcast.com – on the business (Shoutcast For Business) – im just playing around with a 7 days free trial, but i’m not going to use it in the future, i have spinned up my own Shoutcast DNAS server, and from that one it is working perfectly.
But i could be other customers of your player could have same question in the future.
I managed to download the .pls file and it looks like this: [playlist] numberofentries=1 File1=https://streamingv2.shoutcast.com/hitstream-dk Title1=(#1 – 1/100000) HITSTREAM DK Length1=-1 Version=2
My connection string in my encoder is: masterv2.shoutcast.com:8000,135062 – and meta data is set to “Auto”

It has the option to activate it for footer and it will appear on all your website pages, sticky on the bottom-right side of your page.

If your website load the footer also the post, then it will appear on posts.
Yes, it will continue to play.
If you have a standard website, the header & footer are reloaded when a new page is loaded and since our player is in the footer it will be reloaded, too. That’s why you’ll experience a 1s pause when you navigate your website.
Please also note, that starting with Safari 11 and Chrome 66 the autoplay will not work because Apple & Google disabled autoplay feature and it can’t be controlled from JS

Hello, Support. I’m having trouble displaying name / album on the player add on. According to the support of my hosting, this is due to the js script are making requests in external content, in the sites cors-anywhere.herokuapp.com, crossorigin.me, which depend on a third site to give the return and display the content in your application. When building music website with this plugin, it doesn’t work on Chrome although I press play button ( and I know it doesn’t play on Chrome), only Firefox. So I have to remove.

1. On the product page it writes: “Multiple Instances: You can insert multiple radio players on your website or on the same page (maximum 2 on the same page). Only one can be set as ‘sticky’.”
So you should include maximum 2 instances on the same page if you want to have current playing song displayed. And the rest on separate pages. For the first instance you should set Now Playing Interval:40 and for the second 65
2. You first stream http://gr02.cdnstream.com:8050/; is not available. You can open it directly in the browser
3. Which products did you buy? Because on your page it writes “This user has never purchased any of your files. “

Bought your player yesterday and it worked well for the first hours. After a few hours (with no change to the streams on Shoutcast and Icecast2) there is no data available. I’ve used two instances of the player on one page to two different streams. The webpag is http:/radio-palermo.be I hope you can solve this issue asap.

Both will work. The add-on will allow you to use the Visual Composer interface (like you see in the video tutorials).
The standard WordPress plugin will be inserted in the page using the shortcode.
Also, the standard WordPress plugin will allow you to set the player sticky for your entire website by activating it for footer. If you need this feature than you need the standard WordPress plugin.

1. You should use a MP3 stream if you want to work on all devices.
2. On Android devices you need to wait 5s-10s until the radio starts.

If has mute volume button. We don’t plan to include a volume slider because on mobile devices you can’t control the volume through javascript.
