I added the Hero menu to my website (lafavolabianca.it) and the effect is really great, very simple to configure. I had a setup problem and customer support was really efficient and quick. Excellent professionalism
It’s to difficult to integrate for anon coder with less experience.

Probably due to my own doing, I had an issue with the Hero Menu plugin. Milo from Customer Support sorted me out in no time! Support on this plugin is great and it's rich in functionality. Nobody needs to hessitate as this is a quality plugin with GREAT friendly and fast support.

Not GDPR friendly, loads all fonts via Google API. Also the completely outdated jQuery library.

Sorry to hear you're unhappy with the plugin. We have identified an issue with the Google Fonts load and will be releasing an update to ensure no API calls are made when no Google Font is used. This should be out in the next day or 2.
With the jQuery library the plugin would only use the jQuery library as included by WordPress core itself. So should not be any other outside versions. If you're seeing a different include please feel free to get in touch with support and we'd be more than happy to take a closer look for you. We're always happy to include fixes and improvements to make a better plugin!

Nice Usabillity, nice fuctions but what a shame we can't use it. it just pushes our page load up to 6-7 seconds. When we disable it, we have 1 second load-times again.

I am VERY disappointed in this product. We are moving from ZenCart to WooCommerce due to a lack of necessary plugins and workability there. When we purchased this, we assumed that, like most Wordpress plugins, there was a period to request a refund if we couldn't get it to function properly. We contacted support for an issue and did not hear back for 24 hours, which does not work for us. We moved on to a new plugin and removed the product. Refund was not allowed even though it had the feature that we asked for from support, but because the documentation was poor, we could not fix it on our own. It caused slow page loads when it was implemented and we found a much lighter code for the purposes of adding images to menus.
Milos has been a great help in fixing stuff
