Hello. It’s possible to have grayscale and color effet ? Thanks

There is no greyscale, but the color effects can be changed by tint colors. :)

Can you change the font?

This can be done by using a Custom CSS. :)

Hi how are you? I have a problem with your plugin, I used a lazy mode on my website, Without the mode, the plugin works very well. Once asset, all the images take care except that of the plugin.

When you load your page with lazy loading, what does it exactly do with the Hero Boxes? Providing us a screenshot or sample page on this one will be very helpful.

Is there a way of adding in CSS Animation?

Hello there! Yes, You can either add a Custom Class in the Hero Box and manually apply a Custom CSS for animation. Or you can install Third Party Plugins like CSS Animator, etc. :)

Is it possible to create a 3 column filterable portfolio page using the hero boxes? Thanks.

When you mentioned ‘filterable’, do you actually mean image filters? Please do elaborate.

But to explain how do Hero Boxes work, it works like a showcase for images with custom hover animations and overlay. You can also add title, captions and links in the Hero Box. And definitely, you can create a 3 column Hero Box given if you can make the container with 3 columns or if you have Visual Composer.

I have a couple of pre purchase questions.

1. I’m using the theme Enfold by kriesi. Will this plugin work for it? 2. Can I make a 4 column 1 row grid? or is every element its own? 3. Is the plug responsive? 4. Is there a shortcode for the plugin? 5. Anyway to have just the text on the rollover – not the box https://www.dropbox.com/s/8zalhl03nmmuuqu/Screenshot%202016-12-12%2011.49.36.png?dl=0

Let me know!

Hello! And about your questions:

1. The Hero Boxes should work in any theme as long as the theme allows third party plugins.

2. Independently, Hero Box can only do 3 Columns. But if you can always create 4 columns in a row (if you have VC) and add the Hero Boxes on each column.

3. Yes. Hero Boxes are Responsive.

4. The Hero Boxes are using shortcodes. But using VC will also make customizations way easier. You can find the shortcode list in our Live Preview.

5. This can’t be done inside the plugin. But it is achievable with a custom CSS. :)

Hey demo doesnt show the images?

Hey there! :) Demo site should be doing fine now. It so just happened that we were updating the plugin version.

Hi, Does Hero Boxes support adding a custom (or any) link on each element? The demo was not working properly for me so couldn’t check.

I’m sorry about the demo! :( We are currently working on updating our demo sites. As for your question: Yes, Hero Boxes can add links in them. :)

Hi Guys, is there a possibility to include a few new boxes, I think having a new box with subtitle and title showing at the same time would be great, so the effect would be both lines show best place is bottom left corner of each box and the box effect is just that the image gets darker on hover. Simple that’s it.

Hi there leon, our Hero Boxes are inspired from Mary Lou’s Ideas for Subtle Hover Effects. If we can find more ideas for Hero Boxes with the said design where both title and subtitle showing, then we can add them. Thank you for your feedback and I’ll make sure that our developers will know about this. :)

Can I modify the position of the text? I want this to be at the bottom of the image, centered. Can I create styles (for example define font text, transparency, etc.).

Can I show differente images depending if it is mobile or dekstop? I mean, I want a panoramic hero image for desktop, but i want a differente image (I mean, the same image but adapted to a square shape) in mobile, both using the same text over.

Hi there! You can only change the position of text via CSS. Although this isn’t exactly recommended since the Styles and Animations are designed for the text to fit in certain area.

As for the other style such as font, text color and transparency, You can change the text color and transparency via settings (if you’re using WPBakery Page Builder). Fonts will always be dependent on the theme you’re using. :)

As for changing image for hero boxes for desktop and mobile, this may not possible with the setting. But this can be workaround if you’re familiar with Media Query on CSS. Please do note that Hero Boxes can only have images for backgrounds. :)
