I bought the game great air battles to use it inside my apps in google play. google ask me for the owners permission to use the game: ” send a verifiable, signed document from both parties(you the developer and original content owner) involved or a signed letter that the owner of the content giving you their permission to use their content. A document in PDF form will be acceptable”

Hi, you can download the license on the game download page, click on the “Download” button and select the License Certificate from the drop-down menu.
If you bought the game under the extended license, this will be enough, but if you bought the game under a regular license, then you have to replace the graphics in the game with another one, and make a new icon and screenshots, otherwise it will be a violation of the rules!
