Hello, We are trying to reach you, send you couple of messages as well and also created the support ticket. We bought this plugin with 1 year support and we are facing the technical issue or bug against this plugin. Once we added the telephone field in one of our gravity form then even after tried adding value in field multiple time it still gives the error in the frontend “This field is required” and we are unable to save the form. Please revert back to us asap as its urgent.

Hello, like many others posted, the plugin doesn’t work when field is set to required. Why is it that any order on here for themes, plugins or whatever never works right and always needs some long email follow up….why not put the solution in the earlier replies so people can move on with important tasks.

Hi… i noticed this plugin is using ipinfo.io to pull the country IP info… and in noticed it is only allowing 428 queries per day. I have pretty high web traffic and have created my own ipinfo.io account to allow up to 250k queries. Is there any way to connect my account to this plugin? or in there any way to increase the allowed queries perd ay to about 20k per day?
