Hi there,
Really good plugin indeed. Worked as a charm if the “product” field is used as drop-down/radio button… (only one product can be chosen).
However, in my case, I want customers to be able to choose more than one product at a time. Since gravity form “Product” field does not allow “Check-box” in this field, I have to make a work-around method.
1) Create a normal check-box listing Product A, Product B and Product C. Customers can choose more than 1 product 2) Create 3 single product field, specify each price for each product, populated according to answers in step 1. So in this step, the price and quantity have to be specified by customers. So your plugin will reduce this step in which customers don’t need to fill in anything here. 3) Create 3 different “upload” field. Each “upload” field has “Filed counted” enabled and link to each single product field in step 2. However, the quantity does not get populated according to file uploaded.
Can you update the plugin to make this work?
Hi, Kindly send me an email via support page. We can work around this!
Any update?
It can be a custom solution. The current plugin address basic needs
We skyped and you agreed to update the code. Now you are telling everyone that it is a custom solution and need to pay. Very bad support
HI, I remember our conversation. Your requirements are specific to your site and beyond the scope of current plugin.
I did not agree upon anything. I did agree to look into the issue. Which , I did and I updated you about the modalities.

I have discovered two serious bugs in the plugin! You should fix them ASAP!
Bug 1
it happens when I use Gravity Forms with the Woocommerce Gravity Forms Product Add-ons. In the checkout page I get the following JS Errors and the Place Order buttons never gets enabled.
Uncaught ReferenceError: gform is not defined

Disabling your plugin (Gravity Forms Count Files) solves the issue!!!
Bug 2
When using a multistep form (using the Page field). I have the files upload field in step 1.- I upload 5 files.
- The quantity field updated as expected.
- I move to step 2.
- I go back to step 1.
- I remove the uploaded file.
- The quantity DOES NOT get updated.
Please correct these issues asap, as they render the plugin practically unusable.
