Awesome work, I like it!
Check also presentation on designrazzi: Prestashop Modules
Installed but the language being used is Spanish when the sites language is English!
The plugin should take your shop language.
Send us an email with your FTP and BO access to check why it is not working properly.
Absolutely not! This is an error in the plugin and should not need you to have access to my site. I will fix it myself – really bad that this does not work straight away.
By accessing your FTP and Backoffice is the only way to give you full support, every envato author give it this way.
Check that you installed the last version, I just download the uploaded version and works properly as you can see here:
Spanish -> https://prestashop.trackglobe.com/es/contactanos
English -> https://prestashop.trackglobe.com/en/contact-us
Where is the English only example? Not a site using two languages!
There is no difference between one site or multisite, try this to solve it in grecaptcha.php line 444 change
Um that is not the solution the error messages are returned from your coding not from Google! The captcha is in English
I am sorry if I did not make this clear my statement was rather global and did not give you the exact nature of my problem.
The error message are being returned in Spanish albeit the site having only one language – en
Ok, so the problem is in Back Office, you get an error saying “El captcha es necesario”? if this is the problem you should translate into
Localization -> translations -> Type of translations(Error message translations) select english and translate into your language.
Done all of that already the translations are not for the form they are for the plugin!
The error message that is presented in the contact form is in Spanish not in English it is not a backend issue it is a front-end issue the wrong language is being used in the form it is in Spanish it is not in English.
All strings should be in translations, can you provide us at least the URL of your shop?
In our shop works properly so we want to make some test.
$this->errors = Tools::displayError(‘El captcha es necesario’);
I have now found it what a palaver why isn’t this is your documentation?
To all prospective purchasers please do not be put off by my comments. The module is very easy to use once you understand the base language is Spanish.
Is the recaptcha box responsive?
Yes, it is responsive you can scale it but default width is 302px
