Did you know you can open a support ticket at https://support.tecmanic.com and you will get help with your issue and it’s for free?
There are lot of bugs in apps but it would be helpful at least support responds quickly need to raise ticket and wait for 48 hours for one bug this will take more than a month to setup project in this way
Customer support are very bad, i am requesting for some issues, but he do not reply me..
Dont dont dont ever buy this product or any of from this user, this product has a lot of bugs and they are not able to solve,, even they wil no responding on time ,, its been 2 month i bought but i cant start my business yet and they couldnt solve bug in app. and then suddenly closed ticket without giving solution and info, then i ask why u close so they called u bought it from previous owner of tecmanic,, what is that man??? very unprofesional and they dont know how to solve issue on their own products... so plz plz plz dont buy this or any item from this ...... very disaapointed .. i lost my money on this product.....
Hello i have purchased both Gogrocer and GoMeat. In the beginnning i have some installation problems at my side but the support team is very best they quickly replied me and helped me in reslving that issue, Now both the applications works very well.
I recommend these apps to anyone who is interested.
