You should be ashamed of the way you treat your customers !!! But I don't think you know that word.

The customer support is behind this product is terrible. Take a look at the last sets of comments no responses. I submitted tickets and nothing! (Going on 3 weeks now)

This might be a powerful tool for websites however its worthless if the company managing it is terrible.

I never! leave bad reviews i'm not that type of person but not even an automated message LOL . I will never do business with this brand again.

The support is awful. I have been waiting for a reply for two weeks. I will be looking to get a refund if i do not get a reply soon.

The plugin worked fine when I bought it a long time ago, but no I can no longer download any of the demo data if I want to change the look of my pricing table without paying for support. Which is ridiculous, because I don't need any support and only want to do some changes in the plugin I'm already familiar with. I don't know why long time customers are now suddenly 3rd class, but that should change.

Bought this plugin a while back and came to find that I no longer can download the pre-made pricing tables without paying continuously for support.

Ultimate waste of money, would not recommend anyone purchase this plugin.

No monthly or yearly feature, the column on the left (with the description) is on phone on top, should disapear and the description should be above the Body it belongs to

Sorry for the long wait and disappointment, but we had to disable support for our products, that's why it was been somewhat limited. But as of today, we started supporting our products again, so we can reply to your questions and solve your issues.
