Great plugin, Outstanding support.
We purchased ggAccordian to help us implement some challenging tab structures in a WP site. The environment is quite complex and has challenging theme and plugin interactions making any plugin integration difficult.
The author, Harpreet, was extremely responsive in helping diagnose the interactions, dependencies, and conflicts. His investigation into theme interactions and conflicts was crucial to the process and that investigation in itself was beyond our expectations and obviously was much appreciated.
The daily dialog and numerous incremental updates he provided methodically narrowed the problem set, ultimately resolving the outstanding issues. With his help we were able to satisfy our customer deadlines while implementing complex site UI functions.
