How does the plugin work:

1) What GEO/IP database does it use and how to keep it up to date? 2) Will it play well with Cloudflare 3) Can the Cloudflare GEOip service be used with this plugin (instead of a local database) 4) How does the plugin play with caching plugins? We use WP Rocket and would like to keep pages cached, but just a different (country) version of the content served, based in visitors country.
