The initial platform is littered with bad code, spelling errors, and overall just terrible for scalability so I reached out to customer support and paid extra to fix these issues and add in some features.
Response times are super long and even then after they finished "fixing it" the problems still persist but that's not reason for the bad review, the reason for the 1 star review is because the owner was way pass the deadline for the quote given, showed up late to meetings that he himself scheduled, would say "yes" to project scope then turn around and say "it's not part of the agreement".
I expressed my frustration with how everything was being handled and as a response the owner said exactly this to his customer that just gave him over $500:
"We never agreed to provide you with 24/7 service" (a response to me telling him he was late for his own meeting)
"We are not freelancers, we are a company and if you work with us we have rules"
and he even tried telling me (the guy who wrote the scope of work) that I was reading the scope of work incorrectly.... Wow, there are several hundred million other developers and templates out there in the world with better quality and better customer service that I would rather spend my money at.
