I put in a ticket in their support system at support.fs-code.com where it sat for seven (7) days before they even read it. Upon reading it and understanding my issue they explained that the issue I was seeing is because they don't have the functionality in their product to fix the error I was seeing.
So here is the issue I had. I have 100's of items that I wanted to have this plugin post for me.
I selected the items I wanted in their software and selected the "random" setting in their plugin.
The plugin began posting, but it often was posting duplicates (at least 10% of my posts were duplicates).
So the issue is that I don't want duplicate posts... (who would?)
Their solution is not to use that feature in their plugin, as it cannot guarantee a unique post.
At this point I have buyers remorse and wish they had a free trial that I could have found this out before dropping the cash and waiting for the SLOW support.
But best of luck to them and to you if you decide to go with their product.
The developer fixed the issue that made this non-usable for me. I'm upping the number of stars. But customer support was initially very slow.
It's nice to see they are responsive once something has been brought up.
