When will the avatars uploaded with Membership Modules override the Gravatar avatar images? When I update my profile through your plugin my avatar loads and saves on the front end but it doesn’t appear in my user profile in wp-admin. Also, when I go to pull a user’s avatar on the front end it just shows their Gravatar and never the image I uploaded via this plugin.
Under Basic Configuration menu in the plugin backend, have you checked to use Custom Upload as profile image instead of gravatar?
Yes it’s checked.
Issue resolved via support ticket #1BNTJ0R0163505
Use Social Profile Avatar. Don´t works. Can you help me?
I hope added payment field for membership purposes
It might not be available as the core feature but as an add-on to the plugin but this is on our pipeline of updates.
I know, I have no purchased button, because the purchase account is by my customer. But I like to told you, that the avatar upload not work for all other wordpress avatars. The upload work fine within the edit profile tab. there the avatar is shown. but on all other points like comments, blogposts, author page etc. the avatar is not shown. thats make the plugin not usable for our needs.
is there somwhere else an option? if this work, I like to buy a new licence for my own project too, but now, it is not usable for a community project. rest of the plugin is realy nice
Just the right kind of settings for avatar in the plugin as mentioned on this link : http://docs.cssjockey.com/cjfm/configuring-user-avatar-settings/
Other than that if it is not working then we would need to debug the plugin on the server to find the root cause.
If you have your customer’s site details like WP admin info and FTP then you can create a ticket at : http://support.cssjockey.com/ and we will help you fix the issue.
I tried to activate the plugin using php 7.1 and it has several errors. Will the next update be compatible with 7.1? Thank you.
Yes its been tested on 7.1 as well. We are ready with the new version and will share a link to download manually before releasing it on Envato for all users.
Hey I just bought your plugin and i need the documentation but your website is down. How can i see it?
Hi, sorry for the trouble. I just fixed the issue and our docs site is up and running now. http://docs.cssjockey.com/
Hi Guys, any update on the release date for the next version and is the functionality for adding columns to login and registration forms included ?.
Not sure about the release date but we are trying our best to release it as soon as possible.
The functionality to add user columns has already been included in the new setup.
Is this working for WP 4.7.2? Last update was on October 2016 so I’m kinda worried. I’d like to know if you have a Demo for the ajax login/sign-up? I can’t seem to find it on your Live Preview demo.
We tested it with 4.7.3 and could not find any issues and everything works smoothly.
None of our customers have reported any known issue with the latest version of PHP and WordPress.
Our live preview site is down right now and we are trying to get it up. You may check within few hours or tomorrow: http://cssjockey.net/
Thanks for the info, what about the demo for the Ajax login/sign-up? I wanted to test it first to see if it’s the right fit for what I currently need.
I have a pre-purchase question:
We want to restrict content to people who are not logged in, we then want them to login via Facebook and then in their user data we want to store extra fields pulled from Facebook Connect such as gender, age, location etc.
In your description, you say ‘This plugin allows you to integrate Social Media Connect like Facebook Connect, Login and Register via Twitter, Google and LinkedIn with custom profile fields.’ Can those custom profile fields be dynamically filled with Facebook Connect?
Yes, this is possible but you would need to setup your Facebook app this way that it allows to capture the user info needed.
You can test this functionality before purchasing here : http://cssjockey.net/
I am still trying to test the functionality of the above feature but I still can’t get an account via your testing site, I keep getting a 500 error.
As for setting up my Facebook app to capture the additional user information would you be able to guide me in the right direction to figure out how to accomplish this. I know Facebook Connect can access many fields but how do I then get that data into a Wordpress user’s account details?
Hi, I don’t know when this started but I have just noticed that the plugin no longer transfers the address information taken in the form over to the user information. First Name, Last Name, Nickname and Email Address are all taken over but no address or telephone details are. Can you tell me how to rectify this as clients now have to input all that information twice? Once when they register through your form then again when they want to place an order.
Are we using WooCommerce here to place an order?
If yes then please make sure that the meta key name for address is same for both screens. That would be the meta key names in our plugin is the same as the meta key names on the form when an order is placed.
Yes, it’s Woocommerce. I am just using your default fields but looking at the meta keys they would never have taken the information over. I must have been mistaken. Thanks for your help though. I should now be able to edit the metas to match Woo and then it will hopefully store the information that has been given. I’ll get back in touch if I have any issues.
I’ve just looked at matching the meta keys up and I can’t edit the field meta keys in your plugin, the field type is greyed out. Your meta key names are all like ‘cjfm_address1’ but need to be ‘address_1’ to take the info over to woocommerce correctly. How do I edit your meta key names?
Do not select field type as address or city or state, just select those as text and then give the meta key names
went the last update 2017 is coming?
Most probably within this month or second week of next month.
I want to start using it again on a new site. I hope the new version is still lightweight, simple and not following all those fancy registration/login plugins with thousands of features.
Thank you for considering our plugin once again for your new site.
The new version would be simple but there will be some new features added to what you see in the current version and we have made our best effort to make it as lightweight as possible but we can say it would much more optimized than the previous one.
