I took a break from this update as I have a lot of other things to attend to. I tried again downloading the plugin, this time disabling the CDN and Im still getting 404. I showed you these 404’s errors last time. This only started happening since this new framework. I think if you combine everything into one file it won’t happen. Please help.

I cant login to the ticket system, it doesnt recognize my password for some reason.

Hi, Please use the latest version of the add-ons and framework. You can download the latest version at https://cssjockey.com/shop.

Send me your email address or reset your password at https://cssjockey.com/account. Or you can Skype me at m.aneja and I will help you sort everything and get this plugin up and running on your website.

Thank you for your reply and I greatly appreciate your support on the matter. I will arrange a day and time this week to know when you are free over skype. I debugged wordpress over the weekend so I know why it will be better for me to change to the new framework. I have urgent matters to attend to so I will send you a message later on today. Thank you once again.

Does it support Google’s new invisible ReCAPTCHA?

Hi, the current version does not support invisible reCaptcha however, I will consider adding this in future.

Good to know, thanks

I just installed and activated the plugin on a test site. It is altogether 4 plugins, really. A prominent red banner about using unregistered plugins was immediately displayed on the homepage. I haven’t found where to get rid of it yet. 19 different resource files (almost 400 KB of CSS, JS, and fonts) were added to my homepage even though I am not using any plugin function on the homepage. It also injected a ton of CDATA variables in the source of the homepage and which includes plugin and other marketing descriptions such as where to hire the developer on upwork.com, item_id and envato_id of each plugin. The plugin variable “module_path” within the CDATA reveals my vhost name and directory structure for the world to see. It was quite a shock!

Thank you for reporting the issues. I am currently working on removing unnecessary data from script localization and it will be sorted in next version. Please create a ticket at https://cssjockey.com/support and I will work with you to fix all these issues and make this plugin even better and optimise it to the max.

These issues are in no way specific to the way I use the plugin, but ok, I just created a ticket anyway.

This has been resolved in the current version. Please check and let me know if you still face any issues.

Hi in 1.6.6 version you added an option to signup without user name. The username was created from email address.

Now in new update WP Frontend Auth this option is not working. When I remove “username” from signup form, during signup this error is shown: username doesnt exist or something like that.

Have you a plan to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance John

Hello John, I will check this and make sure it works as described without the need of username in the upcoming version.

Thankyou very much

Ok, I know that I said I would schedule a time with you but I have too much on my plate at the moment. I dug through the FTP files and found 2 empty files from 2016 called cjfm and cjfm add ons (I could be misspelling the files’ names). I think this is why I got 404 but im not 100% sure. I will remove those files because they are empty and see whether it works now. I dont know when I will do it but I will keep you updated.

This means anyone that had these files from 2016 will have the same issues as I am. Why no one else complained? Good question, my guess is that they are not bothering to update.

Hi, the latest version should be installed as a fresh install and shortcodes and plugin settings need to be configured again. Let me know once you have 15 minutes so we can Skype and I will help you with the setup as per your needs.

Thank you for the help but my main concern is actually getting to see the settings instead of 404’s

This has been resolved as per our conversation on the ticket. Please let me know if you face any other issues.

Hi, Where can we change button class default (cj-button cj-is-primary) ? thank you

Hi, I’ve released an update for WP Social Login add-on which has the fix. Please update and let me know if you face any other issues on our support portal. https://cssjockey.com/support.

It works for facebook login but not for twitter or google+ login

Hi, Please create a ticket at https://support.cssjockey.com or please share the ticket number if you already have one.

I had previously purchased and installed Membership Modules – should I uninstall it and install WP Frontend Auth? Or can I deactivate for now until I know it’s working properly and all of my settings have been transferred? I don’t want it cause issues but need my settings.

Please advise.

Hi, you don’t have to uninstall, you can deactivate the older version.

I installed the framework and the auth plugin, not the social and forms. I clicked on the activating plugin using license and got 404.

The only reason I am not moving to php 7.1 is because the much older version of it is not compatible with it. This is becoming too frustrating and it is the only plugin I used that ever gave me 404. I am using theme x.

Please tell me the version number of the add-ons on your site.

Im not sure which one I used but I hope you understand these 404’s are becoming frustrating. I know that I need to use a staging site for testing but im just too lazy to set one up. I will try this again later and let you know how it went.

If you can please deactivate all other plugins and activate one by one to check if there’s any conflict with any other plugin which blocks these pages.

Hii When i installed the plugin it gave me this error content/plugins/addon-form-builder/shortcodes/render-form/content.php on line 50

Hello, where is the PHP o the forms?

i dont need the shortcode, i need the php code id form

How can I integrate the forms made with your plugin directly into a php Theme without using the shortcut?

You can copy the PHP code from content.php under shortcodes folder.

So if I buy this plugin I will have to pay for some more add-ons like… “Role Based Menu” add-on and “Restricted Content” add-on and “Override WordPress Email Settings” ad-on and “Custom email messages” addon? Or does this plugin come with all of the functionality, features and addons that are listed on the man page for this plugin on codecanyon?

This plugin comes with WP Form Builder and WP Social Login and most of the settings are available in the add-ons. You can check the demo as admin with all features at http://cssjockey.net.

So your answer is that I will need to purchase add-ons to make your plugin work as it does in the demo? I need to know before I buy.

Nope, all features on the demo site are included with the purchase of WP Frontend Auth.

please help meeeeee. i cant write a “forgot password” link :((((((((

All tickets have been addressed. If you haven’t created any ticket yet. please create a ticket at https://support.cssjockey.com.

I am going to try downloading this again for the 6th time and hopefully I wont get any 404’s. I am almost certain I am getting this issue because I was on the older version.

This has been resolved as per our conversation on the ticket. Please let me know if you face any other issues.

Hi, please make sure if the wp-content folder has the right permissions. Also please don’t paste your server full paths on public forums, it is not advised for the security reasons. For issues where you want to provide the full paths, please create a ticket at https://cssjockey.com/support.
