I never had so much problems installing an application as with this one. First: All I get is an installation script which does not compile. After some debugging it finally worked... cause were some missing semi-colons... nothing serious, but I would expect a script to be tested before it is sold.
Then, installing. The script downloads the application, installs it... all ok. Only when trying to customize the invoice, I see that -according to the documentation it really should be there- the 'invoice_print' template is missing.
So I send a support ticket. First I get the suggestion to pay 8 dollar via paypal for getting support... I do not have to, but it would be appreciated. GETTING FUNCTIONING SOFTWARE WOULD BE APPRECIATED TOO, in that case I even would not have to send support tickets. I guess both we would prefer that.
After sending the ticket I get a message that there are 142 error tickets in queue, Support handles about 8 a day...
So a quick calculation shows me, that I can expect having to wait 17-18 days before I get response.
This is really the worst kind of support I can think off.
