Just wanted to say, I bought this product many years ago and had hopes of using it for my business (which will be soon hopefully). But I have tinkered with it here and there and used it for tracking projects throughout the years and I absolutely love it. You did a great job in making this! I love coming across these small things here and there like that you have backed into this such as: being able to embed a script into a website to allow customers to write notes on the site, or being able to embed a FAQ on a website that will update automatically from what is assigned to it in the UCM, as well as being able to embed custom made forms. Job well done!
There is no customer support available, and the install does not work. i purchased this program over 5 years ago and it worked amazing.
my website crashed and i had to re-install and the install process of this program doesn't work. i tried in vain to reach the writer of the program to no avail. after some time, i decided to purchase the program new and try again, and i am having the exact same issue.
my advice is to not purchase this program any longer as the author has check out and the program cannot be installed and had NO SUPPORT. i am contacting PayPal today for a refund.
Good features overall, but Terrible UI, Terrible UX, and the overall design feels so retro.
It's a shame that the app really works, and it doesn't have any major bugs, and it's loaded with features, but you guys really need a UX/UI designer, and you need better structuring.
The real challenge in such apps is not loading with features, but instead making it as simple as possible when adding these features.
I might give it a try again one day if the design changes.
dont buy this software now. support has ended. besides, the software is very old fashioned. lack many features, have many bugs. and not very user friendly. looks is also bad if you dont purchase the additional theme. overall disappointing for me
Very good software with even better potential. However it seems that the project is dead and there is not any official announcement. I will change the review back to 5 stars once we get an answer about the future of this project.
I purchased the Pro version with the hope of using it as a repair tracker. The brief play i had with it online looked like it could be adapted to work, but the documentation is lacking and the workflow is so confusing. I thought i could add extra fields and custom data forms but they didn't work as i expected. I needed to capture more data per job but gave up trying to get this to work. I think i'll go back to using Filemaker, much more flexible. Wasted time and money.
