for Documentation Quality

I purchased the Pro version with the hope of using it as a repair tracker. The brief play i had with it online looked like it could be adapted to work, but the documentation is lacking and the workflow is so confusing. I thought i could add extra fields and custom data forms but they didn't work as i expected. I needed to capture more data per job but gave up trying to get this to work. I think i'll go back to using Filemaker, much more flexible. Wasted time and money.

I WAS a very happy user of this product. It did everything I wanted, however the support has been non-existent for the last 3 months. No updates for the product at all, where previously there would be at least one a week. No response from the email support. There seems to be no information anywhere about whether this is temporary or will be in the future.
I would not recommend purchasing this product. A shame because it was really the perfect solution for my needs.

Product itself is pretty good but the support is non-existent. Multiple comments, multiple support tickets including paid support tickets with not a single reply. All you have to do is look at the comment board - I'm not the only one with this experience. Shocking Envato allows this and continues to sell a product that they know is not supported as advertised. Buyer beware.

I have used this for several years and I don't think its ever functioned bug free. Had a crash and doing a new install and the installer won't run.

Very poor support! Create and PAID for priority support over 2 weeks ago and nothing! CRM breaks when updating and corrupts the database then says update manually when I can't login?! Cant create invoices or take payment for over 2 weeks now!

This is the worst purchase i've made in envato marketplace. Very poor coding with lots of errors. Contacted author via message in envato and never received a reply, I wish i could get my money back

for Flexibility

If you know basic php you can completely change this script to fit your needs. It's designed for website agency but I've used it for a chauffeur booking system.

I purchased the support . . . install went okay. But I ran into an Admin credential change issue PER THE DOCUMENTATION ( Several others posted about it, I also read the FAQ ) Author does not even acknowledge support tickets unfortunately.

We offer two demo options that customers can try before purchase. Did you not try the system before purchase?

The demo system even lets you create your own private website so you can test out all the features and designs, for free, before deciding to purchase.
