way less features than money paid for this. still expect to buy other stuff to make it minimal usable. not good. design, features, usability not good.

We offer two demo options that customers can try before purchase. Did you not try the system before purchase?

The demo system even lets you create your own private website so you can test out all the features and designs, for free, before deciding to purchase.

for Flexibility

The software is amazing, it is maintained and improved constantly and it has allowed us to be more organised, better prepared and communicate with clients easier.
There is one thing that would make this STELLAR ... Contracts. But I am sure it will be added at some point. Thank you

I never had so much problems installing an application as with this one. First: All I get is an installation script which does not compile. After some debugging it finally worked... cause were some missing semi-colons... nothing serious, but I would expect a script to be tested before it is sold.

Then, installing. The script downloads the application, installs it... all ok. Only when trying to customize the invoice, I see that -according to the documentation it really should be there- the 'invoice_print' template is missing.

So I send a support ticket. First I get the suggestion to pay 8 dollar via paypal for getting support... I do not have to, but it would be appreciated. GETTING FUNCTIONING SOFTWARE WOULD BE APPRECIATED TOO, in that case I even would not have to send support tickets. I guess both we would prefer that.

After sending the ticket I get a message that there are 142 error tickets in queue, Support handles about 8 a day...

So a quick calculation shows me, that I can expect having to wait 17-18 days before I get response.

This is really the worst kind of support I can think off.

Weird about the installation issues. A good ~4000 people have installed this with no issues. I would love to see screenshots or some more details about the installation issues so I can fix it for other customers.

The missing template is mentioned in the first paragraph of the template documentation. I will copy and paste it below.


If you are trying to find a template and it doesn't exist, try sending an email or generating an invoice. Some templates do not appear in the system until after the first time they are used (e.g. if the invoice_print template doesn't exist, first try to print an invoice and the default template will be created ready for editing).

I work with the lite version for a while and Its not so friendly for my clients. That's why i'm looking for another system.
