Worst ever customer support that I have seen. Author is happy with the money that he earns by selling the product. Should also be concerned about the probable issues that the customer faces or queries that the customer has. Documentation provided is for the earliest versions of the product. Product documentation and current software have relevance only in core functionality. Disappointed with Envato & CodeCanyon that they are so negligent in reviewing and auditing the documentation of the products listed in the marketplace.
