Just want to confirm features – I want to create a form with conditional logic, and more importantly a multi-file upload box. Once a user submits the form, on a different page, that user can see an archive of each form they have submitted (they will use the same form every month), while admins are able to see every single form that has been posted by every user. On the archive the can view/edit their forms.

Is this possible? How easy is it to show logged in users their form only but admins every single form?

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch.

All that is possible and it is very easy to achieve it with our plugin.

Hi Guys

My needs are these…..

I want to create websites with posts and only allow people to edit the text and featured image. Although I notice you allow people to attach youtube videos too through links?

Can I set it so that: only user A can edit post A only user B can edit post B, post B2 and post B3 and so on and so forth..

I want to build websites whereby lots of different groups can edit their own section of the website…..Businesses, Sports Clubs etc…

Nobody will be able to create or Delete posts.

Is this possible with your plugin?

thanks

Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Actually your question confused me, you want to allow user A to edit only its own posts but you dont want to allow the user to create that post!

The user A can edit post A only(or if you want other users posts as well) but that post must be created with or assigned to one of Forms Management System’s forms.

Thanks for your quick reply.

Yes exactly.

I design the websites and do not want a user going into the backend for anything. I create a news page for each team of a Sports Club for instance and assign the page (with username & password) to each Team Coach who can only update their own page and nobody elses.

That is how it needs to work.

Ninjaforms used to have a plugin that done this but no other plugin has that facility at the moment.

I alone need to be the one to create and delete posts on my websites.

Thank you for getting back to us.

First of all, I want you to know that with our plugin the user doesn’t need to access the website’s backend at all.

Second yes it is possible with our plugin to create a post then allow another user to edit that post, after purchasing the plugin contact us through our support form and we will help you achieve that.

Hi

I have a site with a lot of different post-types. I want to enable frontend editing for some of them. The rest I want to edit through WP backend or through their own frontend editing system. Is this possible or do I have to define formes for every post-type?

example: if posttype = glossary use frontend glossary form if posttype = wiki use wiki-plugin own frontend form if posttype = page use wp backend edit etc.

Also. Is there a rich-text editor?

Thank you in advance Søren Møller-Nielsen

You should create a form for each post type.

Also. Is there a rich-text editor?

Yes rich and teeny rich.

Hi

Thank you for your reply.

Regarding my first question. Is there really no way to make native editing work? Suggestion. An option on each defined form (in your plugin) to use native wp for editing? Could be enhanced if limited to specific user roles.

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us.

Off course you can use native editing with our plugin, any post created using our plugin you can normally edit, modify, and delete it from the admin area.
