Hi, sorry no as this would be theme based. The form data will be mapped to a page or post and how the theme handles the output of your post and pages is how that data will be displayed.

Hi, yes. the theme does include shortcode that outputs a dropdown.
however, this dropdown fields is optional. we can decide to use or not in our user registration form.
Did you mean the dropdown such as dropdown fields like checkbox etc?
You can then use this short-code anywhere in your form. This will then give you the dropdown to select the list within your form.

1. You add your mailchimp key from the global settings on the NEX-Forms dashboard as per the instruction.
2. Go to your form in the builder and click on Integration and the then Mailchimp
3. Select yes to integrate with mailchimp.
4. Select the list and the you can map the fields on your form to the columns you have in your selected mailchimp list.

Pre-sale question, I am looking for a form to post, that can create multiple post from a single submission. I have a use case where I want users to input “Tell me what you did last week” and a “tell me what you did this week” and it would create two different post, with that content. Is that possible?
Hi, you would need 2 forms to do this. One post is generated per submission. Alternatively they would need to do the same form twice.
