No support- even though I paid for extra support. Neither the developer nor Themeforest has responded to my requests at all (it's been almost two weeks). Image sizes are inconsistent- they change based on the length of the item name, so images lined up next to each other do not match in size. Literally unusable. Use another Plugin. There are better FREE options that will be less of a headache. I want a refund but no one will respond to that request either.

good design
