hi, It is taking too long to answer the support ticket, why do you not respond by skype? I already wrote asking the same thing on Skype but nobody answers me, I don’t know if you have blocked me but you don’t even see the message. I need an answer, I need help in support because it does not make the call to the customer or the restaurant from the make call button in the rider application.

Hi, in the feature says that you can accept and reject orders .., but they can only be accepted .., so if the rider does not accept the order is never on hold.. When will it be corrected in the app?

does the 156 installation fees is for the whole system (admin + delivery app + customer + tablet) or each part needs 156$?

I would like to use the delivery fee which is calculated in Customer App, to be the full comission for the rider. Is it possible? Thanks

you have to make little changes in the code by your self , other wise you can hire our team to do that for you

Hello qboxus I set up everything in customer app and works now driver app say incorrect details, I also created a rider in admin panel still incorrect, but my rider and rider@gmail.com can log into rider panel but cannot log into app

Since it uses a JSON API, can I connect it with REST API?

it can work only with our API , you cannot connect it with your other rest api
