Aloha i have just purchased the email follow up , and everything appears to be set up correct (new order confirmation by SKU (filled in correctly) , order processes all the way through however not receiving email made several minor variations and retested but still no emails… the ADD button to identify specific time after order is not

Mail log shows no followup email. woocommerce email to new order when turned on or off made no difference…

Hi, I have same exact problem as user “asoulhealer” that clicking ADD button to specify the time when message will be sent does not do anything.

Also there is an error at the bottom of the page when adding new follow up email: Warning: htmlspecialchars_decode() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in //*/wp-content/plugins/magenest-follow-up-email.v2.1.0/followupemail.php on line 62

I want to send an email to a customer 10 days after he bought a specific product. I can’t find the option to set a delay for my emails. Where is it?

Just a quick question on this plugin – I want to automatically send an email to customers three months after they have made a purchase (with a coupon code so they can repurchase the same product with a discount).

Will your plugin allow me to set this up so it is 3 months after placing an order?

Thanks for getting back to me. I have followed the instructions. The issue appears to be with the “Add” button in Send Days Hours Minutes Template Action. There are no fields to enter details and the Add button .

Plugin doesn’t work. It removes formatting once you publish the email. The “Email Chain” button and also the “Send Days Hours Minutes Template Action” doesn’t work either.
