Hi Support Team, I’m also having the same issue as andreitasalda1. I’ve set it up and the Mails are not going out?? Defiantly sucks to pay for a plug in and it doesn’t work.

Since we can’t solve the issue, please refund.

To quote this website: “If an item doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed you are entitled to a refund of the item. This includes situations where the item has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you’d known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then the author is required to do so promptly by updating the item otherwise you are entitled to a refund of that item.”

Is it possible to use this plugin send emails to one specific customer ‘role’? We have two types of customer, each with their own user role in WordPress, and we only want the automated emails to go out to one specific role.

You must use short code with format: {{customer_first_name}}. We will provide you some short codes to refer: {{customer_name}},=> customer name {{store_url}} => store url, {{store_name}} => store name, {{order_number}} => order number {{order_total}} => order total {{order_url}} => order url {{order_items}}=> list order items {{order_items_with_thumbnail}} =>list order items and thumbnail, Please remember and use them on the next set up. Thanks guys, We still have a problem. We had one night that the emails did sent. However now nothing happens. I posted a ticket at your support site, however still haven´t had any reaction. We don´t know what´s wrong and we would like to solve this problem because we really like this plugin!

This plugin looks promising, but from what I have read, it is missing a critical feature. There is no widget Subscription Form? For example, MailPoet includes a Subscription Form widget that injects website subscription opt-ins into a predefined list. Optional fields other than the email, like first name, last name, phone. See example here: https://postimg.org/image/xgi9cnhbr/ Widget also lets user select which list the submissions appends to. If this was included, we might proceed to purchase. But your plugin falls way short without this feature. Thanks.

We have helped you a lot as we can but we don’t send us Admin role. In the first time, we login into your site and fix successfully, email is sent normally. In second, it’s relative with Google Email Review but you don’t permit admin role. We could not do anything if you don’t want to cooperate.In case you want to refund, please recheck term in Envanto. Is it possible to send an email to admin only 1 month before the subscription is up for renewal? Also is it possible to add order meta data to the email?
