Hi, again any response. I bought Your Plugin 19 days before. It does not work and causing fatal error. I asked you for help many times. You only responds from this Envato page – always asking me to communicate with you somewhere else. Firstly you opened customers ticket where you stop to communicate very early without correcting plugins problem. SInce than any response for many days. After three times urguing on this Envato page You sent me tree different email addresses to communicate with you. I did it. But you are continue to ignoring my emails there. Please correct Your plugins problems – send newer version, that you had mention to have, or give me my money back. And please – do not tell me again to send you email somewhere else. Respond here. Thank you.

Plugin is not properly working . It is not selecting the Rule Dropdown Properly and not sending mail to the customer . I was testing the plugin . I am using flatsome theme , Wordpress, Eform Plugin etc. Please help me. Hope for solution.

Would never recomand this plugin…does not work at all…

I’ve Just purchased the Follow up email for woo commerce but I some serious issues to raise. 1). As I was creating a new follow up email rule, when I tried to configure email chain and clicked on the ‘’Send Days Hours Minutes Template Action’’ add button, it does not display any fields to input data, in fact it does nothing at all! I switched browsers but still got no result. 2). In the YouTube be demo ‘’Woocommerce follow up email – The place order case tutorial”, the email content and variables are pasted out of the blue. There is no clear instruction where the copy pasted content came from or how to create it. You don’t paste content in a tutorial without indicating where it came from or how to get it. I checked on the documentation but didn’t find it either, http://www.confluence.izysync.com/display/DOC/Follow+Up+Email 3). Now this is the WORST issue I have! NOTHING HAPPENS when an ORDER, any order whether on hold, completed, pending etc is placed from this “Follow up emails” plugin, no emails are sent out, not even in spam folder. It’s only the default woo commerce emails that sends out confirmation emails. Please respond as soon as possible here, don’t reply or ask I forward issue externally.

Due to that, our security policy is strict, therefore requesting login credentials to access our backend systems for whatever reason at whatsoever role level for non-staff is out of the question. We also find the request for FTP Cpanel details to access our back end systems to trouble shoot an intrusion to privacy and absurd! 2. You’ve suggested that our plugins or theme are the reason for conflicts with ’’Follow up email for woocommerce”. Let me clarify to you we have installed several plugins and non of them have conflict with each other or our theme. The website runs just fine with the 3rd party plugins on our theme. Its ONLY your “Follow up email for woocommerce” (which you’ve admitted might have bugs) that does NOT WORK! 3. For the vivid reasons I raised before initially, I stand by my request for a full refund! Failure to do so, I’ll raise a dispute with PayPal and forward them the reasons.

Please respond back as soon as possible your final stand on this matter.
