Great plugin. I was looking for a plugin that allows users to follow post and other user. Most of the available plugins only allow to follow the post. This plugin has functions: follow posts, follow authors, follow categories, and some other cool settings.

Amazing plugin that gives you automatic re-engagement. A newsletter that people actually read that we never have to write. We made changes to the actual text within the emails to personalize and it works great.

Support was extremely helpful. We paid for a few customizations which are now baked into the plugin. The price was fair and the work was delivered quickly and without issues.

Would highly recommend this plugin and add-ons. No one is going to read a blog roundup email. This is a much better option for engagement and it's super affordable.

Overall code quality appears to be good and the product does its job. Support is rather sluggish though taking a day at least to get a response and it took several days to get an issue resolved. Some time could have been saved if support response was not quite so terse forcing me to go back for clarification.

Does all I was expecting, easy to install.
Had an issue with php 7.1 though, but that was fixed quite quickly after raising a ticket with Support.

We don't use the plugin, because it doesn't support tags. Tag pages in WordPress constantly change, that's why it would be interesting for readers to follow tags.

I've come across this plugin looking for a way to allow visitors to follow an author and be alerted when new posts are written. While there is an automated way to follow each post - for changes ie. - there is none to add a "Follow Author" button to each post. This can only be accomplished by adding a code snipped into the functions.php.- why not have it integrated with the plugin in the firest place?
