Yes, It is possible to integrate a third party API. Please follow the documentation provided. This app currently does not support RTL.

No. Wallpaper data is hardcoded. But you can also connect APIs easily.
I am interested in the product but it would be nice if you could add an admin panel to upload my backgrounds, also it would be great if you could integrate support for MP4 live wallpapers.

Can User admob? Have admin for upload wallpaper?
Admob is not included. You can integrate it if you want. Wallpaper data can either be hardcoded or you can fetch using API. Admin Panel is not included. (API Integration is included in the documentation)
