you should combine 2 into one is better and can be more better options you should have more kind of AI like more then 200 -500 disease using AI and ML to predict things and you will make better then tele consultant because now days AI is everything for Medical industry. Something like this a basic self-diagnosis app. from the symptoms you are worried about both physical symptoms or mental symptoms with a highly accurate AI (Artificial Intelligence) .This should be very helpful with your app
