The admin settings already has additional tax labels and value fields which you can use to show upto 3 extra taxes and charges on the bill. You can try that ot works already.
Yes it sends out emails. Currently we havent configured SMTP on the demo to avoid email spamming, but the system is already built to send emails out every time there is an order.
Yes push notification is integrated with onesignal. We do not have sms notification which we can do for you if you like for additional £199
