There are multiple reason I rate this framework and seller 1/5 stars.
First, the documentation of the framework is not completely informative. There is still tons of information that it shouldn't detail in order to make the framework usable some of it is intuitive while other issues will leave you completely lost and having to investigate the codebase.
Code design and quality - the backend does not look like something that was developed by a small team instead if drives away from the initial MVC that Laravel has setup and instead they have overly complicated the framework by include an additional layer of Modules which follows (app / resource / etc..) within its Module/Component structure. This is a major headache and makes it difficult to follow and continue to build on which I think is intended.
Payment Process -Initial the framework does seem to have the capability to integrate with payment process platforms like stripes, paypal among others. However once the credentials are entered and payment processor is setup the checkout does not return and some development is need to be complete for it to work as intended.
Support - After purchase the platform has a 6 month support. I have contacted support and had an initial response which told me the platform had said functionality and did not need other libraries. For this I'm appreciative to have a response for my inquiry but the level of responsive if very lacking.
If you are planning on using this for your customers be sure to have in-depth knowledge of the framework or have an existing relationship with vendor.
