I used only Corona sdk functions which are based on box2d

Where is a good place for me to get sounds? Also, I would like to put a no ad icon on the main screen, how do I go about that?

You can check this site for sounds: http://www.flashkit.com/soundfx/ Moving “remove ad” to main screen requires more modification (IAP code implementation) and therefore it’s impossible to explain it here.

In order to activate IAP you should open edit.lua and make InAppPurchase = true

You should also have the same IDs in edit.lua and developer console for each item. Testing IAP is impossible with Android unfortunately but if you configure everything as supposed it’ll work as it works in my version of the game.

I designed my app icon, but when I place it in the file and open it in corona the icon comes out solid orange. Is there a fix for this? I want to be able to keep the true colors that I designed on the icon. Thanks!

First of all, when do you see that problem? Icons are shown only after installing on device.

Don’t worry about that, just check if it looks ok on device after installing the game.

I was testing out the demo and I noticed that the hearts don’t go down the game has unlimited lives. I thought the idea was for the game not to have unlimited lives.

Hi, each live costs coins, first live costs X, second 2X, third 4X, fourth 8X and so on so it’s not unlimited unless player buys coins pack which grants you money.

Let’s see if you are able to help..after 3 weeks of redesigning I finally published, but my iap is not working. When I try to purchase from the device it says error authentication is required….what can be the issue from a coding standpoint? Thanks!!

He buys it again. Restore is used when someone buys non consumable item (remove ads for example), uninstalls the game and then installs it again – he doesn’t want to see ads so he clicks restore button (Apple server knows that the person purchased that before so it’s active again)

Earlier I was referring to consumable items(coin packages), I was not able to repurchase coin packages nor other people that previously bought the coin package. So I implemented that code I stated earlier and now it works. So you may want to implement that in your source code that you sell for others that may come across that issue. Thanks for your great support. I will be purchasing the version for IOS soon!!!

I really love this app. But I’ve got only one problem. Everything is all setup in my In-app purchases but still having error that says “authentication is required you need to sign in your google account”

Game is published and all in app are active

Your IAP items in developer console must have the same whole name including your package name, that was the problem!

No idea right now, I’ll test IAP once again later today.

Hi, this game was intended to be endless type of game. Therefore I didn’t implement levels functionality. Of course it’s possible to adapt the game and make levels but you need some experience with Corona sdk.

Is there any way you can help us? Or give me some guide just to begin? Thank you.

It’s hard to say how to do it. You should prepare new scene (preferably new file, for example levels.lua) and define there logic responsible for selecting a level and write it to playerData variable so it would be visible in play.lua scene. In play.lua you should define some logics regarding what level is played. For example different obstacles depending on the level etc.
