Frustrated already. Downloaded, tried my best to install and connect with Dropbox. Didn't work, and I can't seem to create a support account in order to leave a ticket; every time I try to create a support account and log in, it doesn't take. I'm surrounded by dead ends and regretting buying this - the "Easily upload to Dropbox...." part is proving unbelievable.

Where is the documentation? The support?

Ok. Originally I did have some issues, but customer service reached out and went out of their way to assist until it was working. High praise and kudos for them for that. Thank you!!

Errors in many common environments.

Very very bad customer support, and plugin has some issues, maybe it's easy to fix if they spend a bit time to look into it and support it.
We bought this plugin and couldn't use it at all.

This plugin does not work as advertised, author is trying to milk money from customers in support for a plugin thats buggy to begin with.

Really slick plugin and exactly what I was looking for. Fairly easy to set up (the hoops you have to jump through are mainly set by the service provider). Once set up, it works easily and as advertised. It has not conflicted with anything that I've found. I'm using this on a private page on my design studio's website as an easy way for clients to send me files that are too large for email. I like having this ability in-house rather than relying on a third-party uploading service that may break or shut down. Thank you, Mindsquare. Please never EOL Filetrip.
