Faveo is built on Laravel framework and Laravel supports SQL Server. We have not tested Faveo on SQL Server. Once we test it we will update you but it will take us sometime to test it on SQL Server

1. is there a way to see a demo of the admin panel, I can only see client and manager panels
3. it have a multi company or can I install it for multicompany like company1.mydomain.com company2.mydomain.com etc, everything in same domain, this is because I am runing a callcenter and I manage multiple companies

Still having problems. Unable to install software.. What kind of support ticket system product developer doesn’t provide the “support” needed to solve an installation issue??
We have already replied to your ticket. The issue is all the file permission on your server are set wrongly which doesn’t let Faveo to execute files during installation. We have even offered you free installation, you need to communicate with us via the ticket to get this problem resolved. I am not sure why you are coming to conclusion that we are not providing support, when we are clearly replying to your tickets everyday?

Sorry about the confusion, we just realised the emails are not going out from our server, thats why you didn’t received our reply. We are working on it today. In the mean time please send us your server database details so we can install Faveo at the earliest today.
From raised ticket, you already had the FTP credentials to set the correct file permissions yourselves, two days ago. Now, just sent you the database credentials. not satisfied with your product. Free Installation?. i expected to have this work “out-of-the-box, first time.
We just installed the product on your server by changing the file permission, nothing else we did. The product works out of box, your server had file permission issue and didn’t give full execution access to the project.
Now you need to configure your email setting for the product to work and set the cron job to read the email. Detail instructons are avilable in knowledgebase on our website. We are currently working on new release of the product which should be released by Monday or Tuesday. It will have many new features. Do follow us, so you can stay tuned to the latest update

Public folder is default Laravel structure, the framework on which Faveo is build. We will check & make corrections in the documentation today. The problem with this technique is every time new Faveo update comes you will have to manually move the files again. We are doing R&D on removing public via .htaccess and will update you once we have breakthrough.

Right now this is the only way to remove public, we are thinking of alternative way, where the system it self will move all the files. We need to do more R&D on this and will be release in the next version.
