Faveo is built on Laravel framework and Laravel supports SQL Server. We have not tested Faveo on SQL Server. Once we test it we will update you but it will take us sometime to test it on SQL Server

Yes it has advance email integration & user reply in the email will come to Faveo. Right now here on Envato 1.0.1 version is hosted but we have 184.108.40.206, we will upgrade the version here in few days.
