Awesome Support and not to mention this Gallery is one of the best that you will ever find and need. Love it! Support is great they know what's up and how to fix it and integration issues are no problem. Trust me all the bad reviews are from folks who didn't really know how to how to use the feedback from support to make it work.

I like the plugin and had some issues initially as the configuration of galleries wasn't entirely clear. However, the support team was able to help me more than once with my issues and hopefully will continue to, should I need their help.
I try different galleryes and FAT - the best. Awesome support

Sorry, I was using that gallery plugin for long and is getting page work really slow, and not all options work properly. Today finally I decide to switch it off.
