General information The module lets you to send a callback request from literally any website page! Moreover, the module notifies the owner of the site by e-mail about the new request and adds it to the admin panel where you can also see the basic information such as phone number, name and e-mail from which the request was made. Nothing extra, everything is simple and efficient!

Installation: 1. Turn off the cache (if enabled); 2. Copy the content of the archive with the module and paste it to the main directory of the site; 3. Please, re-login to the admin panel 4. Turn on the cache.

Detailed description of how the module works - After module installation, you’ll notice the link to the callback requests on the website. - By clicking on the link opens a window for data entry, after filling up the data fields user sends a call back request. - If all the data is correct, user will receive a notification about the successful sending of the request.

Administrator will be notified of the callback request via e-mails that are listed in «System→Configuration→ Sales Emails→ Order→Send Email Copies To…». As well the request can be viewed in the admin panel «Sales→Callbackrequest». Here, by choosing one request you can change its status from «Pending» to «Complete» or «Error» - You can add a CSS class «badata-callback» for tag , to absolutely any link that by clicking on it would open a window of callback request. For example, you want to add link for callback to the button «Buy», you only need to add Want us to call you back? , and everything will work!
