Hi! Looks like a great module. Im looking for a faq module where I need to be able to have different faq:s. Not just different categories but different faqs for different parts of my site. For example “T-shirt ordering faq” “Bag ordering faq” etc.
Is that possible?
Hi soccer – Thanks a lot!
sorry, but F.A.Q. display’s all your categories and answers in one place in the frontend! Check the F.A.Q. page at the demo, if you haven’t already!
Just a critical problem.
I setup the categories and the question but i just see the categorie.
I check he code source (front end) and each question are with display:none
ok i fix the problem. Actually, i can’t put the JS in the footer.
But i have an other problem:
when i load the faq page, all questions are display and not the only with my first category.
Also, each question are open…
Thank you for using F.A.Q.!
The module is configured to display the questions and answer, in an accordion (as in the demo). If you have less than 5 questions and answers in the selected category, the module displays the answers by default. On the other hand, if you have 5 or more questions in a category, the questions are displayed and the answers are hidden, and you need to toggle the question to show them! If you need to change this setting (number 5), go to line 122 in the faq.tpl of the module’s frontend and replace it with the number you want.
Now, you mention that all questions are load on page load. On page load, questions of only your first category should be displayed (as in the demo). If the problem persists, please contact via the contact form in Inno-mods codecanyon profile (bottom right of the page).
You also refer to your footer section but I can not understand what you mean. There is no need for F.A.Q. to add Js in your footer. If you need help on it, you can send me a link of your shop also, via the contact form!
Had a small issue. Fast support. Seems working great. Yhanks
ok I was able to install the module. I created the faq, but in the frontend I can not find the section of the module. I don’t have the default theme. what is the path to find the pages of faq in frontend?
please use the urls given in the documentation of the module!
They work for all Prestashop themes!
wow! support fast! ok everything works. Thanks!
I wanted some modification on the module, I received great, fast and friendly support. I really recommend this module!
I trying to create a category but get this message ” Please fill the category name in all available languages. It is required! “
How can i fix that?
Well, the category name is required for all the available languages in your shop! You should use the language selection at the end of the input field in order to navigate through the available languages and fill in the name!
If you need to make the field optional, I can do this for you, although I recommend to leave the field as required!
To do so, I will need your ftp and admin details in order to make the necessary changes! Please, send me a message through the contact form at Inno-mods profile page, as the comments section are public!
Can i install this module while override is used by some other module.
Off course you can!
F.A.Q. does not use overrides at all, so you can use it always!
Nice job, very useful!
I have a problem, i don’t have a theme logo when i go to faq link on my site ? i think its a bug, i have prestashop 22.214.171.124
All the other pages have the logo but faq page doesn’t have it.
first of all, thank you for using F.A.Q.!
Now, please send me your shop’s url so I can check it up!
You can use the contact form at Inno-mods profile!
Few days ago i have sent you a url have you looked at it ?
I am looking at it for the last few hours… but I have not found a solution yet!
It is a Prestashop bug (in 1.7version) in custom front controllers! Although it is not a F.A.Q. issue, I am trying to find a solution in order to help you!
Please send me your ftp credentials, so I can implement the fix into your shop!
Do that through the contact form at Inno-mods profile!
