What is the difference between the ExplrPHP and EXPLR ? I have EXPLR . Should I buy the ExplrPHP? the ExplrPHP has examples (xml, json …)?
Thank you

Hi equipexq, of course you don’t have to ;) ExplrPHP is just a wrapper on top of Explr jQuery plugin, this PHP script provides additional features for common use in server-side such as easily load tree data from some popular formats or database :D

Very good. I suggest a new product: an administration panel of the same menu:

and

Hi equipexq, I also think administration panel would be a very good idea indeed, thank you for the suggestion :)

Hi 2soutions, try using the latest version of the minified one CSS file instead of the files from my server

halo Amatiran ;)

thanks

Hi nyhara, based on my experiment here: http://amatyr4n.com/codecanyon/explrphp/ it’s possible to load 50000 nodes in one session but will be very slow, tolerable amount of nodes that Explr can handle perhaps about 5000~10000 (I’m testing this using chromium). Concerning about feature to dynamically load nodes data only when it’s parent clicked, I’m afraid but Explr currently doesn’t support lazy loading :)

thanks for your last reply.

jika saya membeli ExplrPHP apakah saya harus membeli Explr juga? atau ExplrPHP sudah termasuk Explr plugin?

regards,

Hi nyhara, that’s right, both are separated product :)

Hi,downloaded the zip missing the following files : jquery-explr-1.4.css jquery-explr-1.4.min.js

Thanks

Hi-

I’m using your tree plugin. I really like it. I’m having only one issue. It’s with IE8. I’m stuck with IE8 unfortunately. The tree loads with basically your standard links and then there is a slight delay in the rendering of the images. Fine. I can deal with that issue. But in IE8, when the page finally renders it bouncing down to the bottom of the page content. So the user has to use his/her scrollbars to go up to the top of the page. Have you run into this issue before? Just wondering before I set out on a wild goose chase trying to solve this problem.

Thanks.

Demo not working – is script still available?

Is it suitable for managing a simple 4 column tree table in mysql e.g.

tree_id parent_id (0 is top level – other levels based on referencing parent’s tree_id) name link (to load some content e.g. index.php)

Hi , What’s the way of dealing with db ? Parent_id Confusing ????

Hi i4you, parent_id is the column that refers to it’s parent node :)
