Hello. I purchased this plug-in and no matter what my developers do, it doesn’t work. I would like a refund because it’s not supporting what was advertised. Specifically the following issues are there: 1. The export Events feature on Event on is not working. Question: We have tried to export the event from Event on to Eventbrite using your suggested setting but it is not working. If the export feature works fine, then we would have to copy the Event’s specific URL from Eventbrite and add it into the event’s custom field on our website’s event page. We should not need to copy event id from eventbrite and then import that into event on. We also want to purchase tickets from our site and your plug-in won’t allow that.
Therefore, how do we obtain a refund. This plug-in isn’t doing what its intended.

Hi, just to make sure, this is an addon for eventon and can get eventbrite events automatically after setting up, right?
Your import option doesn’t return any event and it’s all set, and there is an event available. Besides this, I didn’t find any option to get events automatically. Please assist ASAP, I need this working today. Thanks

Hi there, I accidentally purchased the eventbrite plugin by mistake instead of the calendar plugin, can I get a refund on the card that was used 7947? I did reach out to Code Canyon when I realized this and stated they would forward it on to you but I just received my statement and i havent received a refund.
