The support answer after one week and it's not ok at all.
The plugin was fine but suddently is starting to work badly with chrome. The users cannot register to the event cause the form didn't appear.
never got to use it as support was so bad and delayed i could not risk to miss the deadline.
this extension is full of bugs and doesn't work at many places at all. the author has obviously simply stopped his development, but it is sold on! i strongly advise everyone not to buy this plugin!
We have had some small problem as we started dealing with EBP. Those were al solved within a day, 2 or maybe 3 because some informations were missing. Actually we are having some troubles again and are waiting for 10 days now and still no answer to our questions. I like the plugin itself, it does have some problems I can deal with we the support works, but I do not know how to work with this when there is such a long wating time for support. Even if your think traveling till october is a good idea, you should take a look at your customers problems...
Purchased updated version on Thursday, upon installing ceased working straight away, emailed Moe Haydar by the contact form on here and have heard nothing back at all. Totally unacceptable as I now don't have a working booking system on my website. Given him 24 hours to reply which i think is a fair enough length of time other wise I will be contact Pay Pal to reverse the fees.
rtfm! – so i found and did ;) turns out that mobile page works… if you follow the manual. sry for my first bad feedback – maybe you should hire s.o. for responding, this seems to be biggest problem… but buttons still not working after reopening the booking form on the mobile demo page XD
There is none so far. No Support, no one answered, how long do I need to wait to get an answer?
The support is completly missing.
The plugin is only hardcoded in the admin area in english. Nowhere strings for a second language in the admin area. It is not possible to have text in one eventbox in 2 languages. It is not possible to have gtc in 2 languages. It is not possible to have event names in 2 languages. The booking overview in the event itself and in the plugin analytics are not very comfortable. You have to scroll vom left to right. It could be a good idea to revise the plugin.
PAID FOR THE SAGE PAY ADD ON AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THIS AFTER 3 WEEKS
Major function of exporting bookings to spreadsheet is not working. Backend for booking management is not manageable because the viewport is too small. Contacted developer but got no feedback. Need to look for an alternative.
Great Plugin that's rather easy to work with.
Moe was extremely patient and helpful when I ran into a problem. I forgot to upload the Paypal folder and as a result was getting some error notices which I thought was related to another change. I appreciate his timely support and for helping me identify the root of the problem. Thank you.
