Hi,

Which gateway are you referring to. We never not deliver. We did have a case where we refunded money when we saw that we can not deliver.

Urgently required support but 3 days later no response by email. Then tried fixing issue today by downloading Event Booking add ons and had all manner of issues getting paid addons and drop downs to work. I have no more time to wait for 'support' so have had to purchase a Woocommerce calendar solution from a different developer. If no refund issued it's been a waste of money as well as time.

I see a lot of mixed comments.

I can only say that this product is absolutely brilliant & Moe's response time in my experience is truly unsurpassed! Given the time differences, he averted my crisis within a few hours. In my experience this product and his support is first class!

for Flexibility

We enjoy this "schedule-layout-free" booking module a lot since it helps us with booking management for our customer workshops. There are a few things missing, but overall it gets the job done, and for a fraction of the cost compared to similar cloud-based services.

I have never been able to use this plugin because it isn't very user friendly and it doesn't seem to work in my theme. I thought maybe this update would make it work but it won't even let me activate it. Too bad I sent money on it....

We destroyed your test website. I think this is far from accurate.

I checked your ticket now and it seems we spent a lot of time with you to fix all your problems. Yes we did not reply for few days (maybe this is when you wrote your review, but that was because we were on vacation) when we came back we finished your support.

I appreciate EBP because it provides next to all features I was looking for -and could not find in far pricier plugins- in a user-friendly, beautiful and highly customizable framework.
Support too is friendly and timely. So -- cheers again for this piece of art: It's a pleasure to work with!
