for Flexibility

We enjoy this "schedule-layout-free" booking module a lot since it helps us with booking management for our customer workshops. There are a few things missing, but overall it gets the job done, and for a fraction of the cost compared to similar cloud-based services.

We destroyed your test website. I think this is far from accurate.

I checked your ticket now and it seems we spent a lot of time with you to fix all your problems. Yes we did not reply for few days (maybe this is when you wrote your review, but that was because we were on vacation) when we came back we finished your support.

I appreciate EBP because it provides next to all features I was looking for -and could not find in far pricier plugins- in a user-friendly, beautiful and highly customizable framework.

Although the core plugin works well, the Authorize.net addon does not work and there has been no attempt to fix the issue. I have had to resort to a different way to accept Authorize.net payments for this plugin since there has been no response to fixing it. Hopefully Moe is OK because he was responding about 3 weeks ago but has suddenly stopped responding and I have noticed others are leaving bad reviews because of him not responding to issues lately.

I do love the plugin as it is one of the only ones that has customized forms per event, responsive, and is supposed to be able to utilize the Authorize.net gateway.

The developer of this plugin accepted a payment of $250USD to create a custom payment gateway and has been totally ignoring any attempts of communication with him. He is a crook!

DO NOT BUY THIS PLUGIN!

I am not aware of this comment.

We do not have a payment from your account in our records and that is why the gateway was never implemented. Please send us an email to check this matter. If you did send the payment and we did not send the gateway then there should have been a mix up!!!

Really great work of Moe, works very good! Custumer suport is also very good en quick with response. if you need an good event booking pluging take thisone!
