I purchased this plugin but it was broken and didn't come with all the functionality needed. The author assured me by purchasing the add-ons that it would work. I've purchased 3 add-on plugins from him now and it still doesn't work. Now that I've made the purchases, the author ignores all request for support. I've been requesting tech support to fix the problem for 3 months and have gotten zero help. I've requested a refund multiple times and have heard nothing back. I've worked with MANY plugins and developers and this by far has been the worst experience I've had yet. It's really too bad, because this plugin has a great design and concept, it just doesn't work properly, t's split across multiple plugins to force more purchases, and nearly non-existent support.
